The Community Forums are the official forums of Sports Interactive.

They are where most major annoucements regarding the game are posted, allowing the huge amounts of members to see all updates about the game. There are over 150,000 members on the forums, different ages, and different roles.

Different Forums

• General Discussion is the main forum on the site. It is where annoucements regarding the game are made, and is the place for all discussion that doesn't have another home. Moderators are Neji, GillsMan, Glyn, Amaroq and dafuge.

• FM Handheld General Discussion is the forum for all discussion about Football Manager Handheld. Although the PC Version has forums for various areas, this forum is the only one for FMH. There are no moderators, although members of SI such as Marc Vaughan post often.

• Xbox 360 General Discussion is the forum for the game that Sports Interactive used to develop - Football Manager for Xbox. This forum is not very busy anymore, because there is no longer a game to discuss. There are no moderators for this forum.

• Bugs Forum is for reports of all bugs (issues, problems etc) with the game. If you find a bug in the game, you should report it in there to help SI to fix it. Moderators are Antpocolypsenow, Michael Burling, Stu Coleman, Stu Warren, Glenn Wakeford, KentonKid and Neil Brock - all Sports Interactive employees.

• Data Issues is for discussing problems with the data in the game. With the database as large as it is in Football Manager, there will always be issues with data so reporting it in there - in the correct threads of course - will be very helpful. Moderators are Laskowski, panoz, amn, perpetua, Turksportal, Gingerbread Man, Kox, Eladlr, Stuart Milne, DerMef, Gnaget2, krava, Kaniko Ramone, Wormbo, DoctorBalendar, Reddiablo, Nørbæk, PMLF, Peritri, romjet2, Vesse, ZeChieira and Aljarov, as these are the head researchers from various countries.

• Translation Issues is the place to report all issues with translation in the game. As Football Manager is primarily an English game, there may be issues with translation in other languages so if you find any, post in there! There are no moderators in this forum.

• Editors Hideaway is the forum for all discussion to do with editing the game of Football Manager. The moderators for this forum are Super Bladesman and Michael Foster.

• Skinning and Graphics Hideout is where you should ask all questions about changing the apperance of the game. There may also be links to skins, facepacks and logo packs amongst other things. Moderators are michaeltmurrayuk and radestock.

• Tactics and Training Tips is where all discussion to do with tactics and training in the game takes place. This forum has a lot of guides about tactics and training, as well as tactics that you could download and discuss. Moderators are Cleon, heathxxx, rashidi1 and wwfan.

• Lower League Managers is the forum for those managers who play the game as realistically as possible. They start at the bottom, doing everything like they would in real life. Make sure you read the rules thoroughly before posting in there. Moderators are iajafer, LFCfan and mkus.

• Good Player & Team Guide is the forum for all discussion about teams and players in Football Manager. Most issues will have a thread for them, so have a look in the Links Thread to see if there is somewhere that can help you. Moderators are Purefun and HoPeY.

• Careers is the newest forum in the community. It is for people who want to update people on their careers, in relatively low detail. Most updates are either 3, 6 or 12 monthly. Moderators are Purefun, Neji and dafuge.

• FM Online is the forum for discussion about playing Football Manager Online. Make sure you read the forum header before posting, as there are threads that are specifically made for discussion. Moderators are Andy H and Goldy.

• FM Stories does what it says on the tin. It is the place for budding authors to write detailed stories about their careers in the game. Some stories are more about football, others more about the management and some about personal lives. Moderators are tenthreeleader and Terk.

• Challenges, Sign-Ups and Experiments is the area of the forum for challenges and similar things that people have thought of, for the community to take part in. The moderators are dafuge and canvey!!.

• FM Fansites is the area of the forum for fansites in the community to advertise their sites, and to let people know what is happening on their sites. There are no moderators.

• FM Live is the main forum for everything to do with Football Manager Live. There are sub-sections for different areas of the game, including general discussion, bugs, tactics and players sections. Moderators are Kriss, Rb and Ben Kenney.

• Local Language Forums are the forums that are in different languages. There is a forum for French, Dutch, Spanish and Italian.

• Off Topic Forums contains two forums - one for general talk to do with news, peoples issues and other things that aren't to do with SI or their games. There is also a Football Forum, for talk about the beautiful game. Moderators are bell, Ruckus and Kris. Serpico, who sadly passed away in March 2010, remains a moderator by name on the forum.
