The database editor can be used to change certain parts of the database in Football Manager.

Where is it?
If you installed or authenticated your game through Steam, you will find the editor at:
C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Football Manager X\Tools\
if you didn't use Steam at all it will be at:
C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager X\Tools\
What does it make?
The files that the database editor creates are Editor Data Files. These are saved in:
C:\Documents & Settings\Username\My Documents\Sports Interactive\
